In auto shut-down mode, all unnecessary electrical consumption is switched off or reduced after 2 minutes of idle time. The automatic switch-off mode shuts down the B34C completely if it is not used for 4 hours. In temporary mode, the Securio runs for just 10 seconds, then automatically switches off again. For large shredding jobs, permanent mode can be selected, for continuous operation throughout the day. Shreds up to 22 sheets in a single pass. Operates at a quiet sound level. Shreds pages into 0.19in x 1.13in pieces. Reaches a maximum shred speed of 17ft per minute (fpm). Ultra-durable cutters slice easily through CDs, credit cards, staples and paper clips.
