With ever-shifting standards and requirements, its important to help students develop skills that help them analyze different types of texts and sources. This guide provides information and activities that help you create lesson plans to guide your classroom toward a deeper understanding of sources and strengthened writing skills. Includes close reading activities that help students dig deeper and evaluate informational texts, narrative texts and argument/opinion texts, as well as a wide range of media sources.
