Colors remain workable on the palette for 4 to 8 hours and are touch dry on the canvas in 18 to 24 hours. Allows techniques such as impasto and glazing to be achieved in considerably less time due to its quick drying time. Consistent drying times make overpainting easier, regardless of what color is on the canvas. Greater transparency than traditional oils gives increased depth and clarity to glazes.
